Due to the nature of our work, all custom orders require time to craft, and we kindly ask for your patience as we prepare your unique piece.

Crafting Time

Each custom order is carefully made by hand, and we ask that you please allow 3-5 business days for the crafting process. This ensures that your item is made to your specifications and with the attention it deserves. Please note that this time frame applies to business days (Monday through Friday) and does not include weekends or holidays.

Holiday Season Delays

During the holiday season, we experience a higher volume of orders, and production times may be slightly extended. We highly recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery, and we ask for your understanding and patience during this busy time. Due to the increased demand, please allow 2-3 additional business days for crafting during this period.

Shipping Times

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped via your chosen shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S., while international shipping may take longer depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can follow its journey to you.
