Non-Custom Items
- Refunds are only offered on non-custom items that are damaged during shipping or upon arrival.
- To be eligible for a refund, the damaged item must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm the damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Custom Orders
- No refunds will be issued for custom orders. Custom items are made to your specific preferences, and as such, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the order is confirmed.
- Please review your custom order details carefully before confirming your purchase, as all sales for custom items are final.
Return Process for Damaged Items
- Contact Us: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us assess the issue.
- Return the Item: After receiving approval, return the damaged item to us in its original condition. You will be provided with a return address and further instructions.
- Refund Issuance: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
